Shipping and Return
We ship from our salons in South Florida. Free shipping starts from $89. We do our best to ship your order within 3-5 business days it is received with the exceptions of Saturdays and Sundays. We use USPS for our shipping company. A shipping confirmation email along with the tracking number will be sent when your order is processed and the shipping label is issued. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update.

If you experience a reaction to a product, please discontinue immediately and notify our store.

If you are not satisfied with your order from Face, you have 30 days from the original purchase or shipped date to bring or ship it back your unopened or gently used items to the salon. If you are unable to return your items to your salon and need to return your order via mail, please click below to start the return process. Your shipping costs will vary based on packaging, weight, etc. We encourage you to get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

Once we receive your return package, your refund will be processed for any non-damaged items that are eligible for return. Once your return package is received, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will be issued to the original form of payment.

Please note some items may not be eligible for return (lip care).

We are not responsible for any damage to the packaging of our products. Our responsibility extends only to the contents inside, such as creams, toners, and other similar items. If you have received an item that is damaged or there are missing items from your order, please contact us directly via or call 720-427-8550.
